Yes! A team administrator, manager, or coach needs to send us a full team roster prior to the media day shoot. We also require a 25% deposit (of the total amount) to secure your shoot.

Typically we come to a practice time. This allows us to pull athletes for their pictures, and let the coaches run a practice still. This also helps with scheduling for the team!

If an athlete (s) cannot make it to the original shoot date, then we will set up a secondary time for those athletes. If an athlete fails to make that secondary time, and additional fee will be charged for a third time slot.

Athletes are required to bring / wear their “game gear”. This includes anything they would typically wear in a game. If a team has multiple jersey sets, the team can select what colour they wear for the shoot.
