WHAT IS

DREAMSHOT MEDIA?

We are Kaylen Lomas and Julian Sun, creators of DreamShot Media. 

It all started with an idea to combine our existing businesses (KRL DESIGNS and JSUN PHOTO) and start creating something great together. 

We saw a gap in the sports media market that we could fill.

Inspired by high school athletes, and our favorite High School teacher...DreamShot Media was born


KAYLEN LOMAS

I started KRL Designs in 2022 as a Social Media Coordinator for the Coquitlam Sr. A Adanacs. After stepping into a bigger role during their playoffs, I landed myself a contract with the Vancouver North East Chiefs Hockey Club as their Co-Social Media Graphic Designer. 

I also continue to work with the Western Lacrosse Association or WLA as their Social and Digital Media Coordinator.

It was within these teams and organizations that I felt a greater respect for the level of dedication these athletes put into their craft. 

I am honored to bring these athletes dreams to life through Digital Media alongside Julian.

JULIAN SUN

Over the last year as a commercial photographer, I earned a sense of creativity and a range of skills. Wanting to ignite the spark within me further, I am honored to have the ability to work alongside Kaylen, as well as very well-driven athletes.

In March of 2022, I picked up a camera for the first time. Following a month of persistent work, I made my debut at Vancouver Fashion Week in April 2022, as a photographer, representing Tonino Lamborghini.

In 2023, JSUN.PHOTO MEDIA LTD was born. Within the first quarter year, I acquired a contract with Swim BC, making my first appearance at the 2023 summer provincials. Shadowing all of the niches I have explored, I have photographed a large variety of sports. My love for the photography of sports started by photographing athletes at my own school. Continuing the practice, I have now grown large amounts of respect regarding athletes.

In working with KRL Designs, my goal is to shine a spotlight on many young and deserving athletes.
